Wacif is a community development fund whose mission is to empower underserved communities and individuals in the Washington, DC area. They provide small businesses and community organizations with access to capital and technical assistance.

By turning the letter “W“ on its side, I created a unique ”step-by-step“ symbol that conveys upward movement and progress. It is simple enough to work everywhere, while standing out from the field of bank logos.
